DBA: Phoenix Business Consulting has been awarded a contract by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) to offer technology to state and local governments through DIR’s Cooperative Contract Program. Through the Texas Department of Information Resources; ITSAC contract (No. DIR-CPO-5803), we offer short-term and long-term IT staffing services to Texas state agencies and DIR Customers at pre-negotiated rates within the Not-to-Exceed limits. DIR Customers & Texas agencies can directly engage with Phoenix, or utilize our services by issuing Statements of Work and Requests for Resume through ITSAC Portal.
